javascript problem

      Ive been messing with this page all day
      and for some reason no matter what I do it wont work right
      the page is a form with javascript validation.. and the validation works fine, but no matter what it still sends you to the cgi, ive gone through every tutorial and website i can find and i cant figure whats wrong with it.
      If some one could take a look at it for me that would be great.
